Coastal Youth Ballet Theatre operates on Company member fees, ticket sales, fundraisers, and private and corporate
donations. In truth, individual and corporate donors represent the foundation of the Company's existence.

Donor support is essential for making the performance arts experience available to all ages and all walks of life.

As CYBT continues to grow, we need more people to dedicate more energy, time, financial and even emotional
support into this organization and the children and the community who benefit from it. This year we hope to reach out
to more people of all ages through our outreach performances. For its first year, CYBT had provided school children
and nursing home residents free performances. CYBT was able to stage the full-length version of "The Nutcracker"
featuring local talents and offer the community a magical and fantastic experience. Valuable support from donors
helps make the performance arts experience available to all ages, from all walks of life.

We would greatly appreciate your help at any level of donation. Any donation that you can give will go a long way to
help CYBT. We hope that you can contribute and help Coastal Youth Ballet Theatre fulfill its mission-vision.

HERE IS HOW DONATIONS HELP CYBT

$150 will help pay for a month's Dance Company fee of a young CYBT scholarship
student

$200 will help buy new props needed to replenish The Nutcracker's inventory

$300 will help pay for new costumes needed for The Nutcracker cast

$500 will pay for a tutu for a lead role for the Spring Festival production

$500 will help provide scholarship funds for young company members to the CYBT 2008 Summer Dance Intensive

$1,500 will help pay for printing of the Nutcracker playbill

$1,500 will help pay for the "Growing Christmas Tree" backdrop

$3,000 will help sponsor a guest dancer or choreographer, or a master teacher

$3,000 will help pay for theater rental for one performance

$4,000 will help pay for professional guest dancers for The Nutcracker

$10,000 will provide free production attendance for 2,000 elementary school children

$12,000 will buy a new backdrop for the Party Scene in The Nutcracker

$12,000 will buy a new backdrop for the "Kingdom of the Sweets" scene in The
Nutcracker.

$20,000 will help underwrite a Spring production of a full-length ballet production

$30,000 will help pay costs for the production of Nutcracker this year.
