Murrells Inlet, SC - Coastal Youth Ballet Theatre (CYBT), the non-profit, performing arm of Coastal Dance Centre (CDC) in Murrells Inlet, is pleased to announce its fifth annual holiday production at the Myrtle Beach High School Music & Arts Center. Three performances will feature the full-length version of The Nutcracker and will serve as a platform for some of the area's most gifted young ballet dancers. It will also showcase professional guest artists from New York City and Florida's Classical Ballet. Performances are scheduled at 9 and 11 AM on Friday, December 3 and at 3 PM on Saturday, December 4. In advance, tickets are $20 for adults and $12 for children four to twelve. Kids three and younger will be admitted free. At the door, prices are $25 and $15 respectively. Group discounts are available.

"This is our fifth annual production of this timeless classic, and every year our audiences are surprised by the talent of so many young, local dancers," says Liza Mata, CDC's Director. "Everyone also enjoys a hearty dose of Christmas cheer from the Nutcracker Boutique located in the lobby … they can browse and buy uniquely designed Nutcrackers and other holiday memorabilia."
